Hi nicknickitas, I'll take a shot at helping. ☺️ I assume the error you got was a "Your connection is not secure" error message. If so, could you try the solutions in the following article, and see if any of them help: What do the security warning codes mean?

In the meantime, could you please read Mozilla Support rules and guidelines? I've had to edit out the personal attacks in your earlier posts, thanks.
