If you removed the account, it's possible the mail is still in the profile folder. Help/Troubleshooting information, click Open Folder to open the profile folder, close TB. Look in the Mail (for POP accounts) or ImapMail folders for subfolders named after the account. In those subfolders, look for mbox files, the ones with no extension, named Inbox, Sent etc. Copy the mbox files, after perhaps renaming them, into the Mail/Local Folders folder. When you restart TB, the folders should appear under Local Folders in the folder pane.
