Usually when you only get text, it is because the text has been selected/highlighted before you select to print.

If you right click on image in email and select 'Save image as' In the Save image window, does the 'file name' say image name with an extension eg: 'imagename.jpg' OR does it just say 'imagename' with no extension?

What do you see when you select File > Print Preview set the scale 'shrink to fit'

Hi, the shrink to fit option is already selected. I don't want to have to 'save image as', i'd like to be able to file -> print the email with the pictures in it.

there is no file name specifically, just a lot of numbers.
