I updated as asked by the AVG about some issue with trying to hack my system. Then updated my firefox and when I tried to login to several accounts said that data was not there. Is there a backup in a file labeled old firefox it created on my system?

I 100% do not like that AV. ANd it then had the audactiy to begin deleting files from my disk without my knowledge and permission.

in any case, i would not try to do anything to restore anything for FF until that AV is gone, else you'll risk the same results.
