I don't remember re-setting my master password (to be sure, master password is the password that I'd use in order to get into my Firefox account, yes? The Prime Password is not the same; my Prime is set & doing just fine. Image is just for the 'hell of it'; no reason for it, just felt like using the feature. Thank you. John

The Primary (Master) Password is used with the browser's Password Manager for added security for the password files. But you talked about the Firefox account.

Are you perhaps talking about accessing the sync servers?

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?

Primary Password was formerly named Master Password, so both are the same and do not get confused. The password used to access the Sync is a different password.

Did you reset this password because you forgot it ?
