Hi I wanted to use Firefox colour theme extension and every time I try to use it, It kept telling me that I need to install Firefox when I already installed Firefox, signed in and is using Firefox to search on how to use Firefox colour. Do help please because I really love Firefox colour on my desktop and I want it on my iPad Air 4. But it kept prompting me to download it on the App Store when I already downloaded it.

Hello,

Firefox color only works on desktop (and maybe android?). I assume one of the reasons is its not fully intuitive interface, but another likely is because all browsers on iOS and iPadOS are forced to use Apple's webkit engine. This means all browsers on these platforms are effectively fancy wrappers around Safari.

There are no Firefox extensions for the iOS version (for iPhone/iPad) of Firefox as it is basically a shell on Safari as said as Apple does proprietary things. However I recall seeing a thread late last year of somebody managing to figure out how to use system extensions? though not sure on the progress.

Firefox for desktop Windows, macOS, Linux https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/

Firefox for Android https://addons.mozilla.org/android/

There is no Addons section for Firefox for iOS.
