Hello,

I missed the email with the verification code and now I cannot find from where to re-verify my account (i.e. request a new link for verification code + verify the account).

Could you please help me with this?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I'm sorry but it didn't help at all. All in all I'm trying to sync my bookmarks to a new laptop browser but for some reason, when I'm signing in, it gets to an infinite loading loop. Where can I report this?

Did you try to close and restart Firefox ?

In case of issues with Sync you can try this:

Delete the signedInUser.json file in the Firefox profile folder and delete the Weave folder (Sync was formerly named Weave) with Firefox closed.

Can you find a chrome://FirefoxAccounts entry in the logins.json file in the Firefox profile folder ?

If that isn't enough then delete the prefs.js files to reset all prefs and maybe also delete the compatibility.ini file to reinitialize the profile.

You can use the button on the "Help -> More Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page (Root directory).
