The subscribe function seems to have stopped working in Thunderbird latest version 102.4.2. When trying to subscribe to folders it will open up the list of folders in my Outlook 365 account. After checking the desired folders to display in Thunderbird, and restarting Thunderbird these selections seen not to get saved. Interestingly, Thunderbird displays the folders in question for a brief second, and they get out of view. This problem only appeared after updating Thunderbird.

Hi

I've had users with MS 365 accounts reporting this issue to, can you share on what OS you encountered the issue? Is it a personal outlook.com account or a company account in its own Azure tenant?

So far only specific users have reported the issue, yet it seems independent from the OS as the issue was both reproducible on Windows 10 and macOS 13 - and both times the user also tried creating a new Thunderbird profile.

I didn't have much time to investigate IMAP logs, but maybe we need to go down that rabbit hole? (https://wiki.mozilla.org/MailNews:Logging)

Hi,

Thank you for replaying to my question. I am running Windows 10 Enterprise, and the outlook account is a company account (Office 365). Thank you for your time!
