Hi

I have edited your question as this is an open forum and we try to keep things family friendly around here.

To clarify, you are getting update prompts every three hours? Is this even after you have updated?

i dont know if its every 3 hours... but it feels like its constantly there.. it does it after I've updated... because firefox has ANOTHER update... its maliciously designed to force thew user to provide input, and now I'm getting angry and clicking dismiss out of anger....... and there is no option to stop it aside from some registry tweaks Ive seen online.

this is extremely obnoxious behavior from a company that is rushed to send out updates and let the users do QA. where there are subsequent flaws.
