1. click help>troubleshootinginformation
2. scroll down to 'profile folder' and click 'open profile'
3. click the imapmail or mail folder, depending on whether your account is IMAP or POP
4. next, click the account name
5. at this point, your message folders, such as inbox, sent, should be visible along with msgfilterruless.dat
