A my customer had a old Thunderbird ( 115.15.0). Several correct emails started to enter into the SPAM folder. He moved into the right folder but all emails back to SPAM folder. He get he ckeckout the version and so he upgrade to last version BUT happen always the same.

Is he marking them as not spam before moving them? If not doing that, I believe Thunderbird will continue to see the messages as spam.
