Every time we restart or turn the computer on it takes almost 15 minutes for Firefox to connect to the internet why?? Once it does connect it runs great just take forever to connect WHY??

What type of internet service? Dial-up, DSL, or Cable?

We have Bellsouth Extreme DSL supposedly the faster Bellsouth has.

In my case it takes anywhere from 15 mminutes to an hour. While anything running on localhost, opens instantly.

Also, I have tried different and new profiles with no addons. Disabling firewall doesn't help.
