I've never had problems with Firefox before but since updating it will not work for any websites (but my IE works). I get the "Problem loading page - Unable to connect-Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at (for all sites I try) - * The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection. * If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make surethat Firefox is permitted to access t

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I've gone into tools and selected no proxy, I've gone into my Windows Firewall and added Mozilla, and I tried a few other solutions on your website (typing things in the location then getting the warning but saying I'll be careful to set values to true). NOTHING works. It's driving me a little crazy.

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox without informing you about that, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.

Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox.

Did you check the connection settings?

See "Firefox connection settings" in Server Not Found - Troubleshoot connection problems

You can check the connection settings in "Tools > Options > Advanced : Network : Connection"

If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then select No Proxy
