Sometimes when I close a tab with a flash video on it, the video (it's sound) keeps playing in the background (and I can't close it), why is that?

At first I came close to this problem, when I closed Firefox with the Close button, but the Windows Task Manager showed its task is on. Then again I opened some links from Windows Live Messenger and when the Firefox browser popped out there was a video playing and I closed its tab on the half video, its sound just kept going, and I couldnt stop it from running. But now I have this problem even when killing a task, one really annoyin sound from some stupid flash video just plays in the background everytime I open Firefox (even if the task is killed, just every single time it runs up, it even occured after I updated Firefox to the newest version available). WHAT SHOULD I DO?!

Sounds that the plugin-container process isn't closing properly.
