I have this application Imesh to download music. But it keeps on changing my home page to http://search.imesh.com/ I want my home page to be google.co.uk I want to block this site from changing my home page.

As described above I had this problem. I found the solution recently. Restart your firefox, then change the homepage to the one you like. You can see a popup regarding the change of homepage in the bottom. Click on the setting of that popup and select the first option. That's it.

I figured it out!...Look for a file/program that iMesh installed on your computer called Winmediacore .... I can't remember the exact name ... I disabled it and iMesh took a hike. I would get a pop up window that says this program has blocked changes in my homepage. This happens when you try to revert your homepage back to what you want it to be. Somehow, I clicked on that pop up and got options to disable it. It worked!!!!
