When I'm using Firefox, it starts to hang and then it crashes or I have to close the window to get it to do something. I get the "oops we crashed page" that offers to reopen my tabs, and I'm back to work again for a while. Many times, the crash report isn't being transmitted because it says there's an error. I have the most recent Firefox version 3.6.13.

Here's what I'm getting on the crash report from Microsoft - AppName: plugin-container.exe AppVer: 1.9.2.3989 ModName: ntdll.dll ModVer: 5.1.2600.5755 Offset: 0000100b

It appears that it has something to do with my Google calendar page remaining open all the time. It's one of the bookmarked pages I used constantly and keep up on my computer all day at work. If I close it, then Firefox doesn't seem to crash.

It appears that this issue might be solved in Firefox update 3.6.14. Update your version.

It didn't much like my Air 1 radio open all the time either. I opened the radio in Internet Explorer and didn't have any crashes.

I have 3.6.15 and the only way I can use FF is to use Task Manager to stop the plugin container.exe process.

This first occurred immediately after I had updated 3 addons last night around midnight when I opened FF and got the notifications [and I did not notice which addons though].

Did the addon update somehow corrupt my plugincontainer.exe? How do I fix it?
