I can't see inside boxes when writing email; boxes don't show up, lines are missing, options for fonts, colors, backgrounds are all blank. Many words overlap making them difficult to read.

See:

If you have increased the minimum font size then try the default setting 'none' as a high value can cause issues like you described.

  • Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced > Minimum Font Size (none)
  • Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced > [X] "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"

I have followed all of the advice I have been given. It does prevent words from overlapping, but I can't read such small writing. The missing lines and graphics are still gone. I can't even see previews of backgrounds or font colors becase everything is blank. Please help! Barb
