Woke up today to new firefox update installed. Now Firefox VERY slow & all of my Bookmarks are gone as well as Bookmarks Toolbar empty. IE runs fast like usual, but Firefox barely loading. Tried Restore from available dates, but all come back unable to process.

Some of you will want to shoot me; Mozilla may yank this reply. BUT I had the same problem for about a week, struggled in vain, poured over the help section and got 3 replies to my posted question. Nothing, absolutely nothing worked.

Want to know what solution I finally came up with? CHROME.

It imported my precious bookmarks from IE and FF. I'm going to uninstall IE now and leave FF as an emergency backup browser which I don't expect to need anymore.
