I have two user logins on my laptop - the extension is working fine on the login which i was signed in too when I installed the hotfix, but when signed in as the second user Firefox simply tell me it's incompatible and disabled with no enable option. I have tried to run the hotfix again under the second login, but it tells me it's already installed. I cannot work out why i get an inconsistent application of the hotfix and where to go to remedy this.
