Arial Black is available.

To change fonts, click the orange Firefox button, go to Options | Options | Content.

In the Fonts & Colors menu, click the Advanced button. You can change the existing settings to whatever you wish. Also, uncheck "Allow pages to choose their own fonts..."

I'm not using Arial myself, but the screenshot serves as an illustration.

I have been going into options and trying different font styles and the version I'm using only has arial, no arial black

All the font menus have Arial Black except the top one. See Screenshot.

EDIT: You could also try using this add-on: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/theme-font-size-changer/
