I have been going crazy trying to fix my igoogle homepage for two days. Today I downloaded Chrome as a back up browser and guess what....I can see my igoogle homepage just fine But still NOT on Firefox! What button did I push or box did I click to cause this to happen? I even deleted everything on igoogle to start again figuring it must be igoogle's problem. Now I am confussed......where should I begin? I want Firefox as my primary browser.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
