Does anyone else find firefox 4/5 eye straining?

I've reverted back to 3.6 countless times because I found firefox 4 straining to my eyes, I can't seem to figure out why though. Even disabling hardware acceleration as most people would probably suggest has not worked. I don't know what happened in the transition from FF3.6 -> FF4 or 5, but my eyes seem to feel quite a bit of strain.

Try to disable hardware acceleration.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
