Move all User fonts in Font Book to Computer fonts.

  1. Launch Font Book (/Applications/Utilities/)
  2. Open Font Book > Preferences
  3. Deselect: "Automatic Font Activation"
  4. Set the "Default Install Location" for fonts to "Computer"
  5. Select all User fonts
  6. Move the selected User fonts to Computer fonts

Move the selected User fonts to Computer fonts

You do not have to move all your fonts from User fonts to Computer fonts within Font Book. Just do the following:

In Firefox Preferences: 1. Deselect Auto Activation 2. Make sure that the font that Firefox is asking permission to use is activated......if it isn't, then right click on the font and activate it. 3. Exit Firefox Preferences and re-launch Firefox. Issue should be corrected.
