problems viewing Netflix movies, keep getting stuck on screen prompt to "download to upgrade silverlight"

when i click on a movie i want to view in Netflix, it promplts me to a screen to download a new version of silverlight. I have completed the install, and it keeps bringing up the download page, not letting me watch any movies. help!! ive restarted , etc. netflix said its something with 64 bitmap??? how do i change to 32??? thx i use a mac

Go to Safari Preferences, make sure your "Enable Plug-ins" and "Enable Java" boxes are checked. Hope this solves your problem.
