PDF-XChange Viewer Yahoo Application State Plugin getPlusPlus for Adobe 162103 Google Update

These four are said to be unknown plugins. I installed the PDF-XChange Viewer. The Adobe plugin I assume is because of flash and shockwave that are up to date. I did not intentionally install the Yahoo and Google.

How do I satisfy Firefox theses plugins are up to date?

So, is this a systemic problem no one as yet has a solution for, or one already asked and answered and perceived as so obvious no one intends to respond?
