After setting up my desktop Firefox, my mobile Firefox tries to sync and then reports an error of "Missing password"
I have successfully set up sync on my desktop Firefox install. When I try to add a device:
- I enter the 3 segment code from my mobile Firefox in desktop Firefox dialog
- desktop Firefox shows "Sync Complete" dialog
- mobile Firefox shows in options view that sync status is not connected due to "Missing password"
- attempting to connect shows a dialog with
* the proper sync key (locally saved) from my desktop firefox * a filled password field * the correct email address

Try to clear the Firefox Data from Android Settings > Manage Applications and try again to add your device to Desktop Sync. It should work as expected.
