I am told that I have to take firefox off because it is eating up so much memory. I have used firefox for years now and I have gotten tons of people to switch over to it too, so why is this happening? I do not know what to do at all. Any suggestions, comments, anything helpful please.

Have you tried updating to Firefox 7? It should use significantly less memory -- as much as 50% less in our automated tests.
