When you search and click on adds from the Firefox homepage Mozilla makes money (http://www.google.com/firefox)

Aside from money the best way to contribute is with your time. These support forums are run mostly by volunteers.

Mozilla no longer retreives my email and NO where on their support page does it tell how to talk to a real person and it is really pissing me off. Anyone know how to talk to them?
