Can't scroll with arrow keys. The arrow keys works as pgup and pgdown. This error follows with every new installation.

Just as the title says, can't scroll up or down with arrow keys, page jumps from top to bottom and vica versa when I use them. Reinstalling doesen't work either, have had this issue since, Firefox 4.0
