Firefox 9.0.1 Crash Report [@ LoadCtfIme ] https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/25a260c4-350a-40bb-a14b-66a3f2120204

The crash report is for Firefox 9.0.1 -> do you have one for Firefox 10.0.1?

Do you use an alternative input method (imm32.dll in the stack)?

Thanks for your quick reply. Sorry but I have no idea what this means? I have tried to install the latest version of firefox via a memory stick from another computer but the same thing happens...

The crash ID you provided is for an older version (9.0.1). Do you have any other crash IDs (https://developer.mozilla.org/en/How_to_get_a_stacktrace_for_a_bug_report) you can provide?

None of those are coming up....

Do you use an alternative input method? If so, try disabling and see if that happens.

Unfortunately, neither work as my Firefox won't open at all. Each time I attempt to open it even by entering program paths in "Run" the same box appears "Mozilla Crash Reporter" :-(

If you go to %appdata%/Mozilla/Firefox/Crash Reports/Pending is there files in there? What is their creation date/time (does it coincide with your crashes?)

more options

Yeah there are 100+ files in there ..ranging from 07/05/2o11 to 21/12/2011 some are .extra files and some are .dmp files ???
