My colleagues and I share an Android phone with FireFox and I do not want them to download unnecessary files in which some viruses and malware programs may be hidden. So I want to disable the 'Downloads' and 'Save To PDF' buttons to stop them from saving files on the mobile device. Can I disable the buttons?

Android phones generally don't suffer from viruses and malware in the same manner as desktop operating systems. By default only applications from the Android Market (Play Store) can be installed. The download option and the save as pdf option are not vectors for malware/viruses.

Disabling the buttons could be done by a Firefox mobile extension, but I don't know of one that does that.
