Roomy Bookmarks Toolbar Favicons
I am using Roomy Bookmarks Favicons and some items are missing favicons
so I would like to provide JPG/PNG etc image for missing favicons.
What is the easiest way to link a local JPG/PNG file with the favicon/bookmark toolbar favicon

Bookmark Icon Changer, as I posted in my first reply to you, certainly works for me with Roomy Bookmarks Toolbar -- see image below.
All that I did for the image below, was right-click on a bookmark in the Roomy Bookmarks Toolbar.
If it is not working for you, maybe you have a conflicting Add-on:
- Use Firefox Safe Mode to find a problem with an Extension or Plugin:
- Don't check anything when entering Safe Mode, just continue
- If the problem does not occur in Safe Mode it is probably an Extension or Plugin causing the problem

Hi,
Usually you would be able to reach the settings by clicking on an icon or right-clicking on the add-on. You may also be able to open the settings via Tools (Alt + T) > Add-ons > Extensions. Please see the support.
When I right-click on the icon there is no menu item for the favicon
Maybe this Add-on will help you choose a favicon --> https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/bookmark-favicon-changer
