When we want to open Show all History, and when we click on History icon \ show all History (Ctrl + Shift + H), it opens in new window instead it should opened in new tab like add-on manager or download page (with help of Download Manager Tweak Add-on) so basically is there any add-on at present which will induce this functionality in browser or is firefox will take up this as built in property in next version?

The Library (Bookmarks and History Manager) will always open in its own window and not in a Firefox tab.
You can open the bookmarks and history in the sidebar (View > Sidebar) if you do not want the extra window.

Links can be opened in a new tab with a Ctrl left click or a middle click.
