When I check my hotmail account in Firefox, I can read all the mail just fine. But when I try to respond to an email, I cannot type anything. Just no response from my computer. I can respond to emails fine in Internet Explorer. But I don't really like IE as a browser.

Isisombululo esikhethiwe

On the page where it explains how to restart Firefox in Safe Mode, there was a NOTE that suggested resetting Firefox to its default settings first before going through a lengthy trouble-shooting process. So I reset it and the problem is solved! Thank you.

Hi LisaB63,

Have you tried starting Firefox in Safe Mode to see if there is an addon , extension, or hardware acceleration causing the issue?

Please try these steps and let me know if that helps!
