Is is not something I have heard of and I am not even finding information when is try a web search for "Self Destruct Cookies" App

Making a guess that it could be some sort of malware
( update it is just a standard add-on ) or unwanted software I suggest looking at:

If you can explain the problem in a bit more detail I should be able to provide a better suggested course of actions Exactly what have you installed and now need to remove, and what problems is this causing ?

This item is included in the Firefox add-ons website. The first section is "Featured Extensions" and the second is "Up and Coming Extensions". The fist item in that section is what I am referring to.

As it is an officially hosted add-on it should easily uninstall.
Just go to your add-ons manager, one method of doing that is to key into the address bar about:addons look for the add-on under | extensions |and use the [remove] option, or if you just wish to stop using it at the moment take the [disable] option.
