Isisombululo esikhethiwe

Hello,

As mentioned in the add-on description this add-on can only be disabled / removed when Firefox is in Safe Mode.

Use the following steps:

  1. Close Firefox
  2. Hold down the shift key and open Firefox
  3. When the 'Firefox Safe Mode' window appears choose 'Start in Safe Mode' - NOT 'Reset Firefox'
  4. Click the 'Firefox' button and choose 'Add-ons'. Remove it.
  5. Close Firefox and then open it up again (this gets it out of safe mode)

The Add-on should then be gone and you can use Private Browsing Mode again.

I hope that helps.
