Were you able to check the location of the 'Addon Bar' at the bottom of the screen. Here are a couple of things you can check to confirm

  1. Right click near the address location bar (this is a bit icky. You need to right click near the Bookmarks icon - the icon with a book) and see if the 'Add-on Bar' is enabled or not. You can also do this by navigating from the main menu too. Firefox -> Preferences -> Add-on bar will show you this. Or you can use the short cut key Ctrl+/
  2. If not enabled, please enable the Add-On Bar
  3. If enabled, please check at the bottom of the screen to see if the add-on bar is visible or not

If you can't still view the add-on bar, please respond and I will check how to enable this for you.

Hello Sophie,

I also found this information that could be causing the issue. Please check this too and let us know if it helped you.

Sometimes toolbars are missing because they are hidden, you just need to bring them back up. Visit this article to learn how to bring them back: Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars. You can learn tips and tricks at the same time.
