Is there a way to have my folders stored on my server instead of my desktop?

My server has multiple backup options whereas my workstation desktop does not. I would like to keep my folders on the server and not on my local drive. Is this possible? If not, can I keep Thunderbird on my sever and have more than one person logged into it at one time, each with their own set of folders and account?

You can move your profile to a different machine, but you need to make it available for Thunderbird, e.g. via a network share or network mount, depending on your OS.
