Are you wanting to sign into Firefox Sync? If so go to the menu bar in the upper right corner of your browser, click it and click the "Sync" option, which is the option second from the bottom, above the "Customize" option. From there it will prompt you to create (or sign in if you already have one) a Firefox account. See this article on Firefox sync for more details.
