Yes :) 'via 'Menu Bar' 'Tools' > 'Account Settings' > 'Server Settings' for the mail account or Right click on mail account name in Folder Pane and select 'Settings' then select 'Server Settings' for the mail account

Under Message Storage section select: 'Empty deleted folder on Exit' click on OK
