Why doesn't the prompt asking for Master Password, display which tab/site/etc is needing it?

I like the idea of using Master Password, and I don't mind typing it every now and then.

What I am wondering however, is why doesn't the prompt actually tell the user, which site or feature of FF is trying to access the credentials?

Just to clarify, I've already seen it answered that FF Sync can cause password to be asked some time after start up and that there are workaround such as disabling Sync or forcing it to prompt right after start up, this question is not about that. Its about not having some indicator to what is asking the access to credentials in the first place, be it sync or the site you're on.

If you have the Master Password set, the Password Manager will not release the password without the master.

The master has settings to it: Ask each time, ask once, ask now and then.

"Why doesn't the prompt actually tell the user, which site or feature of FF is trying to access the credentials?" This is the focus of this question, not the appearance of the prompt itself.

It just doesn't tell which site is loading that needs a password, and never has.

I am curious under what conditions that would make a difference?
