I tried to create another message filter when I noticed that there are "no available folders". Also in "Folders and Copies" in account settings there are "no available folders". I copied profile to another laptop I wasn't using for a while, with older version of Thunderbird. Everything was working OK. Then I updated Thunderbird (old version 45 to latest 52). And I've finished with "no available folders" error. Now on both computers. Obviously there is something wrong with latest update. First computer runs Windows 10, while second one Windows 7.
