How do I recover Thunderbird after Windows10 Recovery?

I did a Windows10 Recovery. It stated all "user data and files" would not be touched, but I'd have to reinstall some programs of which one was Thunderbird. I reinstalled Thunderbird after the recovery but I can't find my mail and accounts? All of my other data (non thunderbird) from printer and network settings to word files, etc.. all still there.

Thanks in advance. FYI.. there isn't a backup of the "local folders" as I didn't figure I needed to do it as windows wan't messing with any "user" data.

I figured it out.. copy data from original location in windows.old folder to new location.. update .ini file. Presto !!!
