Hi there! I have been using the alt key as a push-to-talk key bind for well over a year now, and have never had this issue. Basically, while I am holding Alt to communicate, if I happen to scroll in a browser window at the same time, to go down an image search or view comments on a video or something, the window will take me back one or more pages, depending on how far I have attempted to scroll. This is incredibly frustrating and a new issue for me. I did run an update this morning - could that be involved? Is there any way to disable alt + scroll wheel so I can go back to operating my online activities the way I used to?

Thanks!

hi, you can enter about:config into the firefox address bar (confirm the info message in case it shows up) & search for the preference named mousewheel.with_alt.action. double-click it and change its value to either 0 (do nothing) or 1 (scroll on the page)....
