Thunderbird 102.3.2 Solved 7 replies 4 people have this problem I can't get it in date desc order, it says it is in view/sort by, but its not, scrolling around I can see email's newer below email's older, its in no particular order as far as I can see. I've tried folder repair, and for a moment it all looks great and I can see today's email at the top, then it all goes back to how it was. I've tried messing with the view settings, and actually most of the settings without any effect. How can I get it back to how it was before the upgrade? Ordered by email's received decending?

David, thanks for your reply. Mysteriously, by pressing lots of options from the tool bar, it restored the date order. I really dont know how it went wrong and strangely I dont know how it got resolved. I just hope it doesnt occur again !!. Nigel

When you click 'date' or 'received' in the bar at top of message list pane, does the display of messages resort for you?
