Every time you search something on google, shopper reports appears on the left-hand side. When you sleep it, it comes back after a few minutes. Why does this happen?

That can be caused by an add-on. for example the IE Tab Plus add-on includes Windows Shopper. Follow the procedure in the Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems article to see if an add-on is causing this and if so to identify which one.
