You can download the current version of Firefox from here.
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/upgrade.html

When you see that alert message, just override it and download Firefox anyways. That "unknown publisher" alert comes up because Mozilla hasn't joined Microsoft's "club" and paid MS for that "privilege".
