The explanation on Refreshing that you have on your site makes no sense at all; the "stop sign" does not change when I type. HOW DO YOU REFRESH A PAGE?????????????????
Why can't you just put a Refresh button on the top bar? Doesn't that make more sense than a ten=step complicated procedure? I cannot find a way to refresh your pages, even though I followed your instructions. WHAT GIVES?

You can display the Stop and Refresh buttons separate from the combined Go/Stop/Refresh button in Firefox 4.
- Open the Customize window by doing one of the following:
- click Firefox button > Options > Toolbar Layout; if using the Menu Bar, click View > Toolbars > Customize
- OSX: Cmd+left-click (Windows: right-click) on an empty space on a toolbar
- While the Customize window is open, the Stop and Reload buttons are shown separately between the Location bar and the Search Bar
- Drag the buttons to any position on the Navigation Toolbar that you wish
- Order is important!!
- Reload-Stop will become a combined button
- Stop-Reload will be shown as separate buttons
- This change in order also applies if you leave the buttons between the Location and Search bars
- When you are finished, click "Done" on the Customize window

I hit the Command, left mouse button and no Custom box opened. Is there another way to access it?
In a blank space on a toolbar, hold down the CMD key while pressing the left-click mouse button
Did you try the first suggestion under item 1?
If you can show me on this keyboard a COMMAND key, I'll send you a check for a billion dollars. There is a CONTROL, OPTION, and APPLE button, and none of these works with your strategy. Second, on many Macs, the mouse only has one button, Dah!
Previously you said: "I hit the Command, left mouse button and no Custom box opened." Did the Command key disappear?
ALSO, did you try I what suggested: "Did you try the first suggestion under item 1?"
I think you owe Helper7677 a billion dollars:
Cash only, no "hot" checks.
