my mozilla stopped working on some web sites it wont allow me to view game posts and app posts on facebook why all the sudden would it just stop working

Can this have something to do with my adobe flash player but I was under the understanding that google chrome uses the flash player also and Im not having any problems with it just my mozilla.

Try running Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode. If it functions properly in that configuration, then one of your add-ons is the culprit.

I disabled everything and its still doing the same thing I can surf the web but say for example i try and read a inbox message on facebook it just doesnt do anything just a white box. Its weird i even tried to uninstall mozilla, and my adobe flash and reinstall them and its still acting the same I may just have to give up and use one of the other crappy search engines thanks for the help I appreciate it.

Try creating a new Profile. See Profiles - Where Firefox stores your bookmarks, passwords and other user data.

If that works, you can recover your bookmarks, passwords etc., and move them to the new profile. See Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles
