If it is for the video problem see :

Flash 11.3 doesn't load video in Firefox

Flash 11.3 crashes

(the best solution right now is to install Flash 10.3, until Adobe send a fix)

IE uses a Flash ActiveX control.
Firefox uses a different (NPAPI) Flash plugin.
Your system details list doesn't show the Flash plugin for Firefox.

So make sure that you have the Flash plugin for Firefox installed.
